  Just wanted to advise what a great tradie and ambassador for the company you have in Michael the gentleman who today replaced our electric hot water system.
  
  He kept us updated via phone regarding his estimated time of arrival, provided an accurate timeframe for the job and was thoroughly professional and courteous in his dealings with us.
  
  Further, he clearly communicated what he had done afterwards and stepped me through the requirements / warranty etc of the new system. Most of all he meticulously cleaned up after the work was finished to the point of leaving our broom up-ended to dry out in the sun. My wife and I were suitably impressed and would have no hesitation to recommend your firm for any plumbing requirements in the future if the example set by Michael is the benchmark for your tradespeople.
